| Mr. Kanu Doshi is a Director on the Boards of companies like Reliance Capital Asset Management Limited, BOB Capital Markets Limited and Edelweiss Capital Asset Management Pvt. Limited. Mr. Doshi is also Consultant to Association of Mutual Funds in India and several other Mutual Funds and companies on Taxation, Company Law and Financial matters. Mr. Doshi has made presentations at conferences arranged by professional organisations like the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Indian Institute of Capital Markets, National Institute of Securities Market of SEBI, National Academy of Direct Taxes among others. He contributes regularly articles to leading journals including popular websites. He has co-authored books on “Tax Holidays”, “Financial Accounting” and recently “Special Economic Zones”. He is the Dean – Finance, at Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai where he teaches Corporate Tax Planning and Financial Management. |
Anil M. Naik - was an outstanding student of the University of Bombay, where he outshone in his Masters in Commerce degree and went to the prestigious I.I.M. Calcutta for his Business Administration Diploma, coming back to his alma mater for a PhD in Management. His superlative student career gave him the necessary head start to have an extraordinaire time for 18 years in the coveted Tata Administrative Services. After gaining years of expertise he moved on to become a full time educationist and corporate trainer.
